1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Perpy. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age and that your use of this app complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. The app is not available to residents of jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
3. Trading Risks
Cryptocurrency perpetual futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. Perpy is an analytics and tracking tool; it does not execute trades on your behalf. Any trading decisions you make based on information shown in Perpy are made at your own risk on external platforms.
4. No Financial Advice
Nothing in Perpy — including AI-generated signals, whale radar data, or any other feature — constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All information is provided for informational purposes only. You make all trading decisions at your own discretion and risk.
5. Subscriptions (Perpy Pro)
Perpy Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription offered as weekly, monthly, or annual plans. The price is shown in the app before purchase and is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings; deleting the app or your Perpy account does NOT cancel an active subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms. The Pro feature set (such as unlimited starred whales and extended trade history) may evolve over time; material reductions will be communicated in advance.
6. Intellectual Property
Perpy and its original content, features, and functionality are the property of Perpy's developers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. On termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perpy and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings against Perpy.
