Privacy Policy
Last Updated: April 2025
1. Information We Collect
We collect your email address when you create an account, your EVM wallet address when you connect a wallet, and trading activity data (order history, positions, fill records) that you generate while using Perpy. We do not collect your name, phone number, or physical address.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your email is used to authenticate your account and send security-related notifications. Your wallet address is used to identify your Hyperliquid account and display portfolio data. Trading activity is used to calculate points, tier status, and quest progress within the app.
3. Data Storage
Account data (email, username, points, referral records) is stored in Supabase, a cloud database service. Trading data is fetched in real-time from the Hyperliquid API and is not stored on our servers. Your agent wallet private key is stored exclusively on your device using secure storage and never transmitted to us.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the Hyperliquid API to submit and retrieve trading orders — see hyperliquid.xyz for their data practices. Wallet connections are handled by WalletConnect, an open-source protocol; see walletconnect.com. Authentication is powered by Supabase; see supabase.com/privacy. We do not use advertising networks or tracking SDKs.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your account and associated personal data, or export of your data in a machine-readable format. To exercise these rights, contact us via the email provided in the app. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, personal identifiers (email, username) are removed within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated statistical data may be retained indefinitely.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Perpy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
