Delete your Perpy account

You can delete your Perpy account and the data linked to it at any time, either in the app or by email if you no longer have the app.

In the app

  1. Open Perpy and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deactivated immediately.

Without the app

Email support@perpy.xyz with the subject “Delete my Perpy account”, from the email address you signed in with (Google or Apple). If you used Apple's “Hide My Email”, include your Perpy username instead. We confirm by email once the account is deleted.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: email address, username and sign-in identity.
  • The wallets you follow and your notification settings.
  • Your devices' push notification tokens.
  • App activity linked to your account.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Personal identifiers are removed within 30 days of your request. Until then you can ask support to restore the account.
  • Anonymised, aggregated statistics that can no longer be linked to you may be kept.
  • Purchase records held by Apple, Google and our payment processor are kept as the law requires.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Perpy Pro subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Public on-chain data shown in Perpy is not personal data we hold and is not affected. See the Privacy Policy for details.
